During the course ‘Taste!’, you will get an overview of basis tactics of wine tasting in one night. You will get acquainted with the most significant grapes, how to distinguish these and name the colour, smell and flavour of these grapes.

 

Wine tasting: it may seem easy, however it does need some practice. The course is an one-evening program. The costs are €55.00 for one person (tax included). This price includes the hand-outs with some information, as well as the wines you are going to try.

The course ‘Taste!’ is suitable for everyone who enjoys wine, and who wants to learn more about the basics of wine tasting.

After this course you control the basis techniques of wine tasting and you can distinguish different wines on the quality, the relationship between the price and the quality of the wines, the age and the storage possibilities. If you like to learn more about wine and wine tasting after this first introduction to wine tasting, we recommend to you the Basis course.

The course takes place from 19.30 until 22.15. It could take a bit longer. We will walk you through all the steps of wine tasting during this evening. You will make descriptions of wine with a special wine tasting form and  you will learn the terms of well-known and less known wines. The following subjects will be mentioned as well:

  • When you can drink a specific wine
  • How to choose a wine
  • The different qualities of wine
  • Useful tips and tricks
